Zach Brown is a GRAMMY award-winning recording and mixing engineer, music producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles.

Early in his career, Zach performed at jazz clubs and festivals internationally, touring with renowned artists like Terri Lyne Carrington, Paquito D’Rivera, Wynton Marsalis, and Armando Manzanero. His musicianship also led him to perform at the White House for a nationally televised concert hosted by First Lady Michelle Obama.

 

Zach’s journey took him to New York City, where he spent years honing his craft at the iconic Electric Lady Studios, working alongside some of the industry’s most celebrated artists. Over this time, he built an impressive portfolio working with artists such as A$AP Rocky, Anderson .Paak, Blood Orange, Clairo, Frank Ocean, Mark Ronson, Miley Cyrus, Raveena, Sunflower Bean, Travis Scott, Tyler Cole, and Yebba.

 

As a close collaborator with WILLOW, Zach has been integral to key projects such as WILLOW, The Anxiety, Lately I Feel Everything, WILLOW: Live at Electric Lady EP, and Empathogen. He also spent a year playing bass in her live band.

 

In addition to his work in the music industry, Zach has composed and produced original music for global brands like Orbitz, Prudential, Tic-Tac, Vogue, and Zimmerman. He has also mixed front-of-house and broadcast audio for main stage performances at major festivals, including Coachella, Austin City Limits, Lollapalooza, Camp Flog Gnaw, and Rolling Loud.

 

His contributions have garnered significant recognition, including mixing the multi-platinum hit “Meet Me at Our Spot” and winning a GRAMMY Award as an engineer for Jon Batiste’s We Are in the 2022 Album of the Year category.
